I mean the Harrier, Yak-38 and F-35C all have some sort of TVC

In addition to @Alfa_Particle's note - Only the F-35B features vectoring engine nozzle. The F-35A and F-35C don't have such feature.

So first naval fighter with TVC and supercruise. I think it is more of a naval F-22 than F-35.

Also, there is a huge potential for export of J35A after the J10CE's success in downing Rafales.

J-35 is still an expensive aircraft, even if it is cheaper than F-35. Export will be limited by this. Probably only Gulf countries can afford it.
