The picture is not clear enough to see if the DSI is adjustable. It seems not so, but I guess we'll have to wait for better pictures.

yes, the source from bbs now, they said the DSI of J-20 is adjustable.

yes, they are the same, but the one I posted is the oringinal size, the others in here right now have been enlarged,not that clear.
but the second one which you posted, I don't know what it is, maybe the part of the tail?

Well to be fair I don't know what adjustable DSI is supposed to look like... However the bump design definitely looks unique.

I recall huzigeng (the man who made most of the predictions) saying that the J-XX's adjustable DSI does not equate adjustable bumps. I'm a bit confused by that. How else are they going to make the intakes adjustable?

Huzigeng talk not the completed condition of J-20, some thing he could missed.

They said it shows the detail of the trailing edge of the wing.

The last time I was in Beijing this is blocked by the GFW...don't know if that's the case now though.

That's true. The prototype also showed "fins" beneath the tail that probably would be removed in the final version.

Another thing that is bugging me is that the picture of the wing shape is finally out. It seems to indicate that the wingshape is delta rather than lambda or W shaped. Bill Sweetman from aviationweek seems to think that this will be detrimental to the RCS. Could someone clarify?
