Anyway, I am browsing through the J-XX pictures I collected in the past few years, and I noticed a CG render dated back
2007 (its possible this was circulated back in 2006.. I only saw it on defencetalk 2007), I can't help to notice how accurate this fanboy's render is, it got so many things right it is practically close to the real thing!! (on top of the stated features in the comparison pic below, the canard configuration, the canted vertical tailfins...etc)
So who says fanboys are wrong!!
So all you naysayers and doubters better start believing the fanboy's CG renders from now on!!!!
The thing that really gets me about that render is the signature 'chines' right behind the canard. I wouldn't think a normal fanboy would understand the aerodynamic need to have a round, weird looking chine attach right after the canard. Its a unique detail that seems out of place in a usually layman's rendering.
On another note, is it possible this render is actual indication that CAC nail down the design probably back in 2005 (the design is quite possible leaked to some forum we don't know?) and this eventually became the basis of this fanboy render in 2006? It seems quite possible for this timeline since its 5 years of extensive testing and refinement until an actual prototype.
