Some building roofs are already visible from low-res satellite photos and the west part of new expansion is taking shape meanwhile the part close to runway is still what it was in October. I think the prediction on completion before the end of 2023 is too optimistic to be true if the runway part is taken into consideration.
If it is only assembly line then yes it could enter functional phase by 2024 and still years ahead to ramp up into full production rate.
