with this, I'm guessing 200 J-20s by the end of the year and around 300 J-16s.

It is not a huge surprise tho. Many reliable sources claimed there would be around 190-200 J-20s by the end of year.

What intrigues me most is that we have the fact there was only around 100 J-20s earlier this year, half-confirmed by official wechat news release. But somehow the production rate goes beyond the roof this year and the expansion of production line is yet to be finished meanwhile more to come in the future.

Sales by Liming doubled this year and supposedly the J-10C line for PLAAF is ending. That’s a lot of spare engines for boosting production.
