A stupid lie about J-20 being a 4th gen (western designation where F-22 would be 5th gen) fighter on wiki is harmless though. Most readers know better or don't care or know enough to matter. It's just hilarious how desperate the Indians are for some pick me ups.

Loudmouth chest thumping Indian fanboys who for the last ten years have been banging on about their mightiness have been humiliated and they are thoroughly frustrated but totally aware of their own incompetence and inabilities. Knowing how their government has surrendered claims and how their army was humiliated and at the mercy of PLA, the means of venting their frustrations is through sad little things like changing wiki pages. The scummiest and weakest opponent China's faced in its entire history.

At least it should be a commiseration to know that their cheap antics are only a consequence of their own ineptitude where things really matter, in the real world. Some Jai Hind can change the wiki J-20 entry into stating it's a 1st gen fighter according to "anonymous sources in the CCP" for all they like, it doesn't change how the J-20 would absolutely flog the IAF beyond recognition. It's not like the IAF doesn't know this already and has any hope of changing the status in Ladakh through military means.

^Can we take this elsewhere?

All of these talking points (the J-20 page edit and the whole sidetrack on propaganda) arose and were addressed. Now the conversation has naturally reached its end as (I would hope) all points made. The J-20's wiki page edit by some random Indian should be pointed out for at least a few posts. The edit itself is relevant to the thread. The sidetrack may not be but it was a natural conversation which has concluded.

So nothing needs to be taken anywhere now. I think the original participants have stopped talking about it including me.

Do you have the original version available on your account?

The SDF 2048 pixel limit on picture size needs to die, it's not like anyone is still using dial-up. :p
