Definitely IFR port. There was a blurred video released in 2019 showing IFR probe in the same area.
If you look around, then yes, this is the IFR probe; there, from the best of my knowledge, is no evidence of a gun port on the top of the aircraft, unless there's a gun port hidden on the opposite side of the cockpit.

Definitely an IFR probe as Chinese designers cannot put an IFR probe behind the cockpit like American planes for KC tankers flying boom refueling method.

Though up to now I have not been able to find the gun port anywhere around the aircraft. I haven't yet seen HD close up photos of the opposite side of the cockpit to confirm a gun port there. There is still a general consensus by Western analysts that the J-20 doesn't carry a gun. I hope its not true, but there is still no solid proof that the J-20 has a gun.

Then why did you ask the question? You seem to have had the answer by yourself before asking. ;)
