How good is the Helmet mounted Display in J-20. Does it provide HUD directly onto the helmet? F-35 provides that. F-35 also has the ability to project night vision and 360 degree view of the sky from the helmet. Does J-20 helmet have that ability?
Based on my understanding of the PL-10 (the PLA's equivalent to the American's AIM-9X infrared air-to-air missile used for within visual range engagements), the missile can be slaved to a helmet mounted display (like the American's JHMCS helmet system, available to the Viper, Hornet, both variants of the Eagle... But not the Raptor). So as such I'd imagine the HUD would be fed directly to the helmet on the J-20.

The J-10A already had helmet mounted missile cuing developed back in the 1990s and worked on the 1980s. The Russian 4th gen fighters first came out with these for the Archer missile although those cuing systems were naturally more limited than the J-10A's from the 2000s. Missile cuing is nothing new in fact it's Cold War era technology. The F-35's HMD goes far above and incorporate features mentioned. What the J-20's HMD includes is a mystery but all the nodes and cameras on the rear probably give us some hints. Missile cuing though is pretty much guaranteed since the 20 year old J-10 has it.

Can we get a translation and maybe an explanation of what changes are marked by the red and yellow circles?

Basically it states that the number of navigation lamps have changed and extrapolated that this could be an example of production J-20 with WS-10.
