It's hard to say how much is being produced and if it is out of domestic production because of PLA OPSEC but from what I gather from what @Deino has said J-10C is still in production just very low volumes. Perhaps that has changed in the last year or something but it's hard to know.

I've been hearing good and bad news. Good news is that J-20A is going to enter service with combat units in numbers before the year is over. The bad news is that we may have another J-11B situation on our hands...WS-15 production likely to increase by many folds this year..
