Pity the WS-10 took so long to develop.
Since there’s an AVIC logo on the JF-17B, One can assume that it has got something to do with either Azerbaijan or some modifications being worked on for PAFGood observation, but IMO - esp. due to what appears to look like that typical blade antenna - it is IMO more likely a JF-17B:
