No matter how radar is orientated it won't be in stealth optimal shape and there won't be any RAM on it. So does that mean it would need a radome that only allow a very specific frequency and/or band to pass? And if so could that also potentially be exploited by enemy if they acquire such information?

Bandpass filters don’t only allow one frequency, it allows for a small range of frequencies. Most fighter fire control radars are X-band anyway so I don’t see what the issue is?

Tilting the radar upward makes a huge difference when it comes to RCS reduction. There is a reason why control surfaces are tilted.
