Which aircraft am I looking at, alongside the J-10? Is it J-7 or J-8?
I would say J-7 by looking the that tail on the right side. It looks just like a MiG-21.
It's the J7, it has what's known as a 'double triangle' wing, named as such because it looks like two triangles overlapped together. Whereas the J8 has a pure triangle wing.

Sometimes it’s like the haters are so focused on hating they don’t have the basic mental faculties left to understand what they are saying.
If the J10B wasn’t using TVC during that display, then that would mean the J10 airframe is inherently so super manoeuvrable. Far from being a negative, if it was true that would be a massive possiitive!

A marvelous video highlighting the increase maneuverability, the TVC J-10B in my opinion really had stole the J-20's thunder in this year's airshow.People when did this maneuver occur? Was it a practice run? It doesn't appear during the main event.
