Can you translate? All i got was "This aircraft flew over the country alot" then some some stuff about it taxiing... dont understand one thing from the one minute mark to the end.
What I think iran should focus on doing is backward engineering their f-14s, thats the way to go, it is not top of the class anymore but it is still a good fighter and the one they have the most success with. they could even develop a fixed wing variant. Wasting money developing a stealth fighter is not sensible at this time, a whole bunch of f-14 clones would be a great deterrent to any nation especially considering that they are the country that have had the most successes with the f-14 to date including 3 aircrafts killed with one missile during the iran iraq war.
It seems to show the drone landing back at a US air base.
don't under estimate the persian .looking at iranian military technology,remind me China military tech. of 1970's.the iranian like the chinese has strong determination (provided,the ayatollah do not mess it up).

not underestimating Iran (well lot's of people out there do underestimate Iran), but the mock up itself is not at all credible
there could be a real project going, but the aircraft will be vastly different from this Qaher-313 PR stunt, complete with ludicrous name and 313 designation (look it up)

Hype or No Hype An eye too be Kept, on this one. At best a Sub scale Mock up At worst propaganda.
Now as too Cloning the F14. The Iranians have had there Tomcats since the 1970's. The Tomcat came on line as Pops can tell you in the 1970's She was built with 1960's top of the line tech. And the key system for Tomcat was the Phoenix missile. The Iranians by now would have used up there Aim 54's or having copied them would be now still be using a vintage American Technological Wonder That predates even the limited Stealth of the F35 and advanced stealth of the F22. Cloning Tomcat would only serve too hinder them better too keep buying Updated Flanker models Like the SU35. Iran however is in a situation which requires a response. They like China Before them Have realized that off the shelf tech and buys will only take them so far. There Ambition is too Spread the Islamic Republic's influence across three Continents, Asia, Africa and South America. they cannot do that with just a few cheap bullets and Crude they need an edge. They need to compete in Economics, Technological development and militarily power. There Nuclear weapons program, Joint North Korean Missile Program, Arms manufacture and Oil Alliances are all part of that. So they are looking too develop this I Have no Doubt.
Areas of Concern The RQ170 Gave them a taste of American Systems, Although I Suspect the RQ170 has been flying a lot longer then we have let on It's still pretty cutting edge.

Cloning the F-14 is beyond the capability of Iran. I believe there are only three parties in the world that can clone the F-14: Russia, China and Europe if several nations cooperated in the effort. Aside from them i don't see anyone else to be able to do this. The F-14 Tomcat is a plane that is as sophisticated as the F-15 or the Flanker if not more.
