well, if your strategy is to swarm the Israeli air defense system ,then anything would be strategic,but normal warheads doesn’t do that much of damage, even it does , it would be easy to repair and keep in mind ,Israel Does have nukes

Khaybar-Shekan missile was unveiled yesterday on 9th February 2022. It has a range of 1450 kilometers and has been in service for a long time. By significant weight reduction of the missile and its casing and also reduction of launch preparation time, IRGC Aerospace firepower has increased substantially.
