India has barely started hypersonic research and development. China, Russia, US has had
many types of hypersonic wind tunnels for over a decade, in some cases many decades. India has yet to finalise its first type. Yet somehow it is beating all of them in hypersonic because it conducted one very low level trial. Other three have completed many flights for over a decade now. China has
shown one HGV that's already in service. A Chinese second tier (Xiamen) university conducted its own world first dual mode waveriding hypersonic test. A Chinese university is ahead of the entire India in hypersonic research. Scramjets are old news.
Notice the inadequacy flowing through in this guy's attitude. The insistence that India is super power and needs to be respected with others bowing down pretty much. Russia is third rate cheap, China is copy only (ignoring all the stuff China doesn't copy or copies but improves on).
India has yet to finish copying Meteor. Almost everything in Indian military is a copy and a crappier copy (in contrast to China's) of even older, more obsolete technologies and weapons from their Kiran trainer to Akash missile to Arjun tank to INSAS rifle. All the core tech is Israeli, French, or Russian with Indian copies to be planned. Something China was doing in the 1960s to 1990s.

India is like that bully victim who desperately seeks strength so it can become the worst bully to have ever been. It's been bullied by British colonialism and has changed and damaged its psyche. Muslim rule in the past and wars with Pakistan and China didn't help. Meanwhile instead of being modest, it tells itself it is deserving and worthy and so has a wrong to right with continued abuse. This can be seen with how Hindu extremists treat others with so much more violence of all kinds than any group. I don't even think the old school communists in China back in the day treated others with random flogging for simply being and forcing others to drink from their shoes like Hindus.
