India already uses 556 don't they? I remember one of the emergency purchases being Sig Sauger 556 carbines
The emergency purchase was for Sig Sauer 716 cambered in 7.62x51mm not 5.56x42mm and this new round is 5.56x30mm...

And India also want to use the AK203 cambered in 7.62x39mm... at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if India even considers 300 blackout or 7.62x35mm at some point...

RIP Indian logistics...

DRDO Stealth management GTIRSS system

This is an active Infrared Signature Suppression system that combines the advantages of passive Eductor-Diffuser system with the advanced cooling obtained from seawater mist injection into the exhaust flow.

Is it me or is the super-structure still incomplete?

Following on from LCR34 said, you're quite right.

I don't know how the Indian Navy normally launches it ships, but everyone seems to do it differently. When HMS Daring was launched back in 2006, a lot of the ship was still missing. Whereas when the JS Maya launched a few years ago, it was much more complete.

Indian can "launch" their vessel several time, as evident from INS Vikrant.
