Mohsin means wave rider maneuvering hypersonics. China only showed off one in last year's parade. Russia has Avangard and Zircon known types of unknown operational status. The US says they are researching these but don't have any yet which is believable since these are typically going to be more useful and hence a greater priority for nations that need to counter US carrier groups and strike regional bases. The US have arguably less use for these things.

If you consider India's rockets and ballistic missiles to be hypersonic maneuvering ones, then everyone with ballistic missiles technically have hypersonic missiles. Including Pakistan.

Zircon and other such systems can be countered by system like THAAD, THAAD ER, S-300VM, S-400, S 500, latest SM series etc....S 400 shot down an Iskander M during IAF evaluation team in Russia ( source DFI).
they are not some kind of wonder weapons. high power lasers will make all thing Maneuvering obsolete in long run. as i said without nuclear warheads those things are duds.. doesn't matter if it's wave rider or barrel rider or whatever.

Low flying cruise missiles are a threat no doubt but the level of damage they can cause is overblown...as I said most modern HAS are well protected and level of surveillance nowdays make it difficult if not impossible for a surprise attack.... India is building a layered anti-access/area denial zones for whole country like Russia and China. Which will include Indian Air defence system like Akash, Akash NG , QRSAM , MRSAM( barak-8 ), XRSAM, S-400...India own BMD system etc.
as for hypersonic weapons even Maneuvering ones can be countered contrary to myth.

What hypersonics does India have? Is it another one of those on paper future projects that the media hyped to assume will be 1000% successful... But really only 10% success after 20 years? Not even the US have operational hypersonics yet.

India didn't hit anything in Pakistan other than some trees, no need for Pakistan to respond.

I heard the mig21 got hit in back back end.. basically it was running away, that's why the pilot survived. The kill was from a jf17 not a f16 as well.

The only suprise I'll ever have from the Indian military is if a project meets standards and finishes on time (original schedule), and not be 20 years behind US/Russian/Chinese tech.

Yet the manufacturer of thaad said they can't defend against hypersonics... Who should I believe?

The PAF literally told the IAF that it was going to attack, in advance. Yet, the IAF still managed to get surprised, panicked, lost a Mig, and shot down its own chopper trying to react. And you're talking about countering Chinese hypersonic vehicles with 'surveillance'? What planet are you living on?

Glad to see you're acknowledging the involvement of your mighty Flankers, who apparently bugged out, rather than engage and fight. Feel free to 'dodge' as many AMRAAMs as you like, while running away. Your Flankers failed to protect your Mig, and you're apparently bragging about their ability to run from a fight... wow.

Supposedly... Guess Pakistan got big balls too. But bravado isn't something countries should use to compare themselves. It should be technology and living standards of their citizens. You know basic things like sanitation (toilets), clean running water, health care and education.
