Yeah, they're almost all ex-Khmer Rouge in there, I guess I shouldn't be surprised they'd be the LAST to recieve any new equipment. I read a funny article awhile back during the height of the Preah Vihar temple Crisis where an ex-Khmer Rouge ground commander was now working under the Army officer he had been fighting for years!
