Yes it's true. She did stumble down the steps to her car. I've seen it at the time on news reports. But now I think you'll have difficulty finding it.

I also heard from good authority that Deng got uptight with her during discussion and spat out into the spit pot right in front of her. Apparently it shaken her up a bit.

She maybe the boss back in Blighty. But she met her match. But to be fair, she had a very weak hand, had it been 1800s. I'm sure the gun boats would be steaming ahead towards China.

This is the best I can do. If you search it on the net. The video of her falling is there. But it's blank. Someone must have taking it off.

Isn't this typical of propaganda. This just goes to show words are powerful weapon, and the western MSM knows how to use it.

If it's repeated enough time, it will sink in to your average Joe. So in the end the average Joe dies think China is "colonizing" Hong Kong instead of always been part of China.

I remember one of the main Irish political party (i think it was Fianna Fáil iirc) use the tank man image in their election campaign. It basically read " Please use your vote as some can't ".

Beijing has condemned the mass resignation of democrats from the legislature after four pro-democracy lawmakers were ousted by the government.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office (HKMAO) said the move is a blatant challenge to the central government’s power and the authority of the Basic Law.

Oh dear, seems that Beijing is angry the remaining pro-democracy legislators wouldn't stay to give LegCo some legitimacy. Perhaps they need to pass a new resolution/"law" that says it's a criminal offence to embarrass the CCP.

Oh Gee. Give it a rest already. China never said she us angry. She is displeased that politician resigned. But then that happens everywhere. And when then happens everybody is displeased. So please put that Olga korbet away. It's long overdue.

The fact the four culprits got disqualified for illiciting foreign help is fine in your world. I wonder what all the fuss is about when political parties in the west doing the same. I'm sure you'll be the first one to scream blue murder.
