Hong-Kong Protests

It seems letting Hong Kongers in was just for geo-political purposes. If Hong Kongers are having problems getting situated in the UK as reported, it means the British government didn't really think about the impact and did it without thinking meaning posturing for the world to make it look like they're doing something. The easiest way to stop them looking bad handling people from Hong Kong is to stop them from coming. They already gave a show that they let them in. Now they can indirectly work to bar them including claiming some of them are spies which will put suspicion on all of them.

Also they believed in their own bullshit... fake news from the BBC, HK yellow media & politicans etc. claiming those wanting to leave are educated middle class with a pile of cash to spend, while there may be a few of these, a vast portion of those cockroaches arriving in UK are in fact.... cockroaches - little/no savings, little/no work skills, zero English language ability....the typical insects that live in government housing but think they're hot shit because they speak Cantonese and that limey Brits once ruled the territory once upon a time.

BoJo and Co suddenly realised.. shit, we can't really milk these roaches, while they can afford 6 months' to 1 yr's worth of rent, they're not actually buying up our shitty properties. In fact, we the UK gov., have to fork out some quid to help them speak basic English and ensure they don't cause too much trouble! Fuck it....just say they're commie spies and tell them to fuck off.

Correct, no future for dirty cockroaches, the new people in the government are cleaning up HK.

A reminder, the teacher's union and its members authored text books that claimed the Opium War was started by the brits to help China to quit smoking, as well as writing exam question like "List the benefits of Japan's invasion of China".

The teacher union is responsible for two to three generations of brainwashed cockroaches. It should have been dealt with sooner.

I said from the very start that China should have demanded they hand in their Chinese passports on the way out so they can fuck off once and for all and never come back.

I'm not sure how is it going. But I thought they are leaving with their BNO which means their are not Chinese nationals. I think China said they won't recognise this passport on their way in. So it is literally like they are handing in their passport.

Can you imagine poor old Boris when he has to kick these condoms out but they got nowhere to go !

Yes. Anyone remember that bitch of a teacher that took her students out to out up anti-government banners. If I had done that with my student. I would be locked up for indoctrination. But MSM sees nothing wrong about it.

Take a look at this video. Talk about freedom. If this had happened in the U.S. I think a few clips of bullets would be off loaded in about 10 seconds in.

I think the UK was expecting the top 10% of hong konger in wealth or skills to migrate, instead they are getting a lot of the young / mid age entry level/ blue collar worker folks (as posted by gatekeeper). There mistake was thinking it was going to be 1997 again, in reality, the top 10% can always leave anytime to anywhere if they really needed to in an emergency. There is no real emergency in Hong Kong except that you can't try to overthrow the government. These Hong Kongers and their supporting media makes it out like they are Syrian refuggees (ironically another conflict created by the anglo nations).

Definitely this. In the parliamentary document outlining some of the projected outcomes of this measure, they expected billions of dollars incoming. Just to add, the top earners in HK now all have their money linked to China, property, investments, factories, etc. In 97, more of their money was "locally made" within HK. Less factories had moved to SZ/mainland at the time.

Oh yes, exactly, these used condoms only got themselves to blame. They cried "freedom and democracy" yet they were living in a freest place on earth according to the western "freedom index". There just no pity for stupidity.

Don't forget, when shitshow Boris announced the measure. He then had to back peddle. The headlines were proclaiming British was magnificent to offered all these used condoms a "home" but the finer prints says it is only extended visa with a provision to allow applications to stay. This of course means they are going to cherry pick the best. And reject the rest.

Also adding a few points here.
1. Almost all of these countries with these special HK visa schemes (US, Canada, UK, Aus) have said they will reject people with criminal records. This is funny because a certain forum member had said this was unlikely to happen since the HK justice system is stacked against them. Well, it seems that 5 eyes countries still think the HK courts are free and fair when it suits them. UK did say they will take into account "politically motivated prosecution", but good luck for those people trying to prove it.

2. Saw an article that quoted one of those UK HK Settlement associations that said many HK arrivals will be suffering from PTSD from the trauma of oppression and loss of freedoms, so the BoJo government owes them to pay up. Good luck with that too. (Though I think they did get a little bit money recently)

If some HKers decide to immigrate to UK or other countries for political reasons, that's a good thing for Hong Kong and China.

As it is, Hong Kong now is gradually going through the real process of returning to China, not just the formality of transferring of sovereignty. Hong Kong has basically wasted twenty plus years to do so. As a result, many professions and important positions are filled with people who have been indoctrinated by western ideology or filled with colonial mindset. They would either have to adapt to the changes or be removed. If they decide to immigrate voluntarily, it's really a blessing.

Not many business people with gainful investment or properties in mainland China or Hong Kong would divest beyond normal business transactions or immigrate, many of them most likely already have had foreign passports to begin with for convenience or insurance. It would be rather foolish for professionals with established careers to uproot and move to one of the five-eyes countries or even worse for what likely will be much less attractive prospects ahead of them, with stagnant economy and rampant racism. Of course, these people can always immigrate for a life of early retirement.

Hong Kong has always been a city of immigrants, with waves of newcomers bringing new energy, ideas and connections. It can always attract new immigrants from greater China and beyond. Hong Kong is now actually in her best position in history: secure, certain, prosperous and within a China that is strong, ascendant and in her best period in the last 500 years if not the last millennium. It's time for a rebirth of Hong Kong.

Please tell me this is true.

There must be a way to trace if those leaving with BNO passport also have China issued passport. The China issued passport can then be revoked.
