The sentence can go to 12 months imprisonment. Can go up to 3 years if there is terrorist dimension. If somebody is involved in organizing, max sentence can go to 7yrs.
"Under China's Criminal Law, illegal entry into mainland China is an offense, punishable with one year's imprisonment, although this can rise to 3 years' imprisonment if there is a terrorist dimension. If, however, somebody is involved in organizing an illegal entry, the maximum sentence increases to 7 years' imprisonment."
Not sure why the law see terrorist dimension only up to 3 years imprisonment, while if there's someone organizing will get harsher punishment up to 7years. Shouldn't it be heavier if there's terrorist dimension?
Back to jail! That's it, Jimmy Lai is back to jail!

Worst of all is that he doesn't seem to regret or feel sorry for all the victims.
This is because he, like others processes mind bending abilities that create in his head that he has done wrong.
If in his head, he's done nothing wrong, then why should he have regrets or feel sorry for all the harms he has done!
