Seems like not even HK legislators know what the political system in HK is. Seems like they just take what they see from US/UK and assume that's how HK should work.
That JW guy should be captured by the HK national security branch for questioning from time to time. Each time his travel documents should be confiscated while in custody. This is the way you play with that strange behaving traitor.
