I know, he should really get the hint that HK is a part of China, not part of the USA and it gives no right for any foreign agents to go there to cause trouble. Nor does China or the HK government have to bend down to terrorist (considering that destruction to common property and causing death is the definition of terrorism, even he cannot argue the term). If I was a terrorist bent on causing destruction and suffer, I expect the government to put a bullet in my head is reason cannot reach me like these rioters showed repeatedly, like any normal government would. Also how can the HK government past through any good legislation when the democrat party is bent on preventing positive changes anyway.

He ignores the killing, the set fire to and countless damages and bringing Hong Kong economy to it's knees. Blocking of the airport. Harassing citizens, beating up children.

There was absolutely no mention of the arrests of the fleeing ring leaders by the Chinese Coast guards in the west's MSM. Looks like they have no used for them now and have served their purpose.

That's utter drivel. Before Xi began slowly squeezing Hong Kong, there was cross-party cooperation. That's why the 2010 reform package passed, because there were some democrats who could back it, despite the fact the reforms were limited.

Also, LegCo has always passed the Chief Executive's budget. LegCo hasn't vetoed it once. The Chief Executive has always had the freedom to increase tax or social spending in meaningful ways, but they've refused to do so.

Give me strength. Cable TV in Hong Kong tries to run this story as police brutality. A 12 years old girl got a bruised elbow and her older brother got a bruised leg.

Allegedly, they were only out shopping! What in the middle of a riot? Give me strength. This is the sort of crap and antics these thugs get upto.

In the video, they were stopped by police, then the girl try to make a run for it. And was bought down by police in order to stop her getting away, perfectly reasonable and proper. Just what do these reporters expect? Perhaps the police should draw their guns and fire 7 times to stop her.
