Now that the situation has quit a bit down in Hongkong compared to previous 6-7 months it's time to quitely cleanse the place from people & organizations that serve American & Foreign interest / colonisation above those of the PRC. The off-hand approach since the return in 1997 has not worked! Beijing should change course and be more pro-active to change the place so that it serves Chinese interests after all it's Chinese territory and not a sovereign city state. Think about changes in education, money laundering, civil society & foreign ngos, national security etc.

And risk the disease spreading further mainland. American/ Foreign funds will always flow to China to subvert chinese national interests and advance foreign ones. Wouldn't it be better if the amount gets flowing into Hong Kong rather than far into mainland ? An enemy known and kept close is way better than an enemy that is hiding and covert. As of now, a huge capital is flowing into Hong Kong...it would be better if the Chinese authorities traces the full channels and sources and monitor them. If HK is fully put into lockdown/crackdown, the funds will go to inland cities through new sources and channels. The magnitude of funds will also increase. The channels will become more sophisticated and will tap into elements within the mainland china that has more knowledge and local experience/ touch.

That is a NO-NO. Let HK be the black hole of funds. Keep HK under strict check and anything short of a full crackdown must be pursued.

Do you think the CIA would be wasting their time and money on HK if they could mount anything meaningful on the mainland instead?

The CIA has been trying to destroy the PRC since it’s birth, but has learnt through repeated bitter experience that their tricks just don’t work in China, not that they don’t keep trying.

The latest example was during the Arab Spring, where the CIA was promoting a jasmine revolution in China.

The American ambassador even rocked up to the planned kick off event to inspect the CIA’s handiwork, only to find oblivious shoppers outnumbered by Chinese counter intelligence.

At this point, the CIA pumping money into mainland China to ferment unrest would be effectively giving Chinese counter intelligence an early Christmas bonus, as that money would be traced, frozen and seized faster than you can say ‘ho ho ho’.

recently I noticed there had been pages of back and forth by two guys about what's the support of "cockroaches" so
Nearly a fifth of Hong Kong voters say they support violent actions by protesters, such as attacking opponents or hurling petrol bombs and bricks
  • About 5 per cent strongly supported more extreme acts that include physical violence, hurling bricks and petrol bombs, and damaging public facilities
  • Much larger group supportive of milder behaviour such as vandalising mainland Chinese businesses, and blocking MTR stations

Of 832 surveyed, 54 per cent said they voted for a pro-democracy candidate during the November 24 district council polls, while the rest said they supported a pro-government candidate or an independent.
The online survey was conducted not from a universal sample but a panel composed of 150,000 people in Hong Kong from all walks of life. The reported findings have been weighted by age and sex to better align with the 2019 registered voter statistics.

Here's amother lesson on how to distort facts to suit your narratives by the MSM, the Guardian.

If I was reading this, and if I don't know any better, I, too would become anti-chinese for their "brutal behaviour"!
I quote the articles below

Hong Kong police clash with protesters after Uighur rally

"Police pepper-spray demonstrators after peaceful protest in support of minority

Hong Kong riot police pepper-sprayed protesters to disperse crowds in the heart of the city’s financial district after a largely peaceful rally in support of China’s ethnic Uighurs turned chaotic.

Dozens of police marched across a public square overlooking Hong Kong’s harbour on Sunday to confront protesters who hurled glass bottles and rocks at them.

Earlier in the afternoon, more than 1,000 people had attended a peaceful rally, waving Uighur flags and posters as they took part in the latest demonstration in more than six months of unrest.

A mixed crowd of young and older people, dressed in black and wearing masks to hide their identities, held up signs reading: “Free Uyghur, Free Hong Kong” and “Fake ‘autonomy’ in China results in genocide”.

The Arsenal footballer Mesut Özil caused a furore in China last week when he

toward the Muslim ethnic minority in the restive north-western region of Xinjiang.

Özil, a German Muslim of Turkish origin, tweeted that Uighurs were “warriors who resist persecution” and criticised both China’s strong hand in Xinjiang and the relative silence of Muslims in response.

“I think basic freedom and independence should exist for all people, not just for Hong Kong,” said a 41-year-old woman surnamed Wong, who attended the protest with her husband.

United Nations experts and activists say at least 1 million Uighurs and members of other largely Muslim minority groups have been detained in camps in Xinjiang since 2017 under a campaign that has been condemned by the US and other countries.

Beijing says it is providing vocational training to help stamp out separatism and to teach new skills. It denies any mistreatment of Uighurs.

Protests in Hong Kong are in their seventh month, albeit in a relative year-end lull. Many residents are angry at what they see as Chinese meddling in the freedoms promised to the former British colony when it returned to Chinese rule in 1997.

China denies interfering and says it is committed to the “one country, two systems” formula put in place at that time and has blamed foreign forces for fomenting unrest.

On Saturday, Hong Kong riot police swept into several shopping centres, chasing off and arresting demonstrators pressing their demands in the peak shopping weekend before Christmas.

The police’s heavy-handed clampdown on demonstrations and frequent use of teargas have incensed many protesters, whose demands include full democracy and an independent investigation into perceived police brutality.

The protests, which started in June, have pushed Hong Kong’s economy into recession. Retailers and businesses have been hit hard as tourists stay away amid transport disruptions.

The city’s financial secretary, Paul Chan, in his blog on Sunday, said there could be a wave of business closures in the new year if market conditions did not improve."

Now, nowhere did it mentioned the rioters starred it by disrepecting the national flag, (a criminal offence any where in the world). The whole Uighui demo is against the law any where in China, and since Hong Kong is part if China, it comes under the same law. Hong Kong's freedom and law is internal to Hong Kong only, and when it tried to enticed the world to the causes of terrorist as in the Uighuis, then it falls under Chinese law!

The police moved in to collect the flag, as it is their duty and honour to do do, but was then attacked by the thugs. They even tried to snatch a policeman's gun. (all this is recorded, but nin shown on the MSM)!

In addition, the police only managed to arrest ONE thug!

Here are some photos of the incident. They are not in any sequential order. I'll try to links videos when I get time.

And look at all those "journalist"! Those two in particular!

It reminded me of these fake "journalist " "taking" photos with their lens caps still on!

I just loved this clip from a movie showing a Hong Konger with his BNO passport at customs in the UK airport being told to go and queue at the ALIEN queue!

I know it's a film, but its actually real life situation as well. So this is why these thugs who wants to be British, American or whatever, will have a rude awakening if and when they get to their promised land!
