Hong-Kong Protests

For the past few months the BBC/CNN/Fox/NYtimes/WP etc. put out hundreds of articles on Hong Kong protests in which not a single person has died.

On the other hand, there are massive violent protests happening all over India right now with people killed by security forces. Right now, there are fires in Dehli and protesters are clashing with police in the Indian capital. And yet, not nearly as much coverage.

Quite the bias... If these protests were happening in HK they would be all over US/UK media with 24/7 coverage.

Welcome to the western MSM and their agenda!

How is Jimmy Lai a traitor ? @Gatekeeper
Doesn't Jimmy Lai have a Canadian citizenship? If so, it is perfectly right for him to defend the interests of Canada and by extension the allies of Canada.

Yes, I forgot he's got himself a Canadian passport (through money) which made him a Canadian citizen, And therefore he is NOT a traitor! Me bad.

But, we know Jimmy Lai is born in China proper, and also lived in Hong Kong for more than 7 years which entitles him to Hong Kong I'D card (for all intend and purposes is a Hong Kong citizen). So depending which hat he's got on, he is either a TRAITOR or just another foreigner INTERFERING in Hong Kong, thus China's domestic affairs!

So not only he has the FREEDOM to solicit foreigners help as in the photo, he also has the FREEDOM to own a newspaper where he is allowed to peddle lies like the "lost-eye girl"! And then he's got the cheek to tell the world, that he and his cohorts are fighting a "revolution" because of the lack of "freedom" in Hong Kong!

Either way, he should be locked up for being a traitor, or kicked out for being a foreigner interfering in Hong Kong! And quite frankly I don't care which!

Wait for it! I can see it now, Armistice International will be on his case for "police brutality"!

I said bravo to this policeman, the self restrained is remarkabe! If this happened anywhere else, I think this kids will be minus a few teeth!

The kid's breaking the law by wearing mask, breaking the law not producing his ID card when requested, and to cap it all, he swore "fxxxk your mxxxxr" the worst kind to a policeman!

What is he thinking!?

We also could see a different view of that, it shows nobody give a s*** to India, same to Africa

Like I said before. It never was about the extradition law. These thugs are well funded and coordinated. This guy was arrested last year which proved that the rioters have been planning these rioters for years now.

A man fired when intercepted by police, police seized more than 200 bullets

Police investigating shooting last night outside Tsui Ping Shopping Centre, Tai Po, arresting a man for possession of firearms without a licence

Senior Police Superintendent Li Guihua of the Organized Crime and Triad Investigation Division of the Police said that in response to an earlier series of explosives and firearms discovery operations, detectives took an interception operation outside Tsui Ping Shopping Centre in Tai Po at 9 pm yesterday. The man took out a semi-automatic pistol and fired a shot without hitting him. Police subdued him and conducted a house search operation at a nearby unit. A long-range rifle and 211 rounds of rifle were found. Together with the bullets found in the pistol by the unit and the scene, there were 44 rounds of hollow bullets. He said that it was consistent with the information received by the police, believing that someone wanted to use the firearms to create chaos in the rally to hurt others, including police officers, and the police still followed up with some of the target people. He also said that information received from the police could not be linked to a robbery.

He said the arrested man was 19 years old. He was arrested by the police for possession of firearms in December last year. He was released on bail in February this year. He violated the conditions of bail on the 8th of this month and did not report to the police regularly. .

Li Guihua also said that some people fired during the arrest, and then many onlookers clamored to try to hinder police work. He emphasized that the shooting scene at the time was dangerous, and urged the public to heed the police's advice and leave as soon as possible.

To put how dire a situation that "HK revolution" Is for China :

11 people died in India as a result of the ongoing pan-country protests, including a child!
That's what some Foreigners want to happen to China. But it is India which is going through that ordeal.
One man's terrorist shouldn't be another guy's freedom fighter.

India’s recent troubles are entirely self-inflicted. There were no foreign funding and co-ordination involved.

The Indian police response has also been characterised by excessive force and poor discipline. If you want to see real police brutality, there are your examples.

Can you imagine the entitled outrage the HK rioters would have if HK police started wailing on them like Indian police regular do to people they corner?

The two cases are not remotely similar, and are a classic case study at refuting the nauseating western MSM claims at impartiality and professionalism.

Western MSM has always been, and always will remain state propaganda tools when it comes to international news. It is only in domestic news where more than one narrative is allowed, and that is only because different western MSM serve different domestic masters with rival politics.
