If that guy was standing up(and of average or slightly below average height) than WS-18 seems more than "just" a D-30KP-II copy, it seems bigger as D-30KP-II has an overall diameter of 1.455m while WS-18 seems to be more on the size of ~1.6-1.7m diameter(Assuming the technician is of slightly below average height).

The smaller intakes give the spoil. They are quite enlarged to accomodate the later engines.That has a glass nose. Isn't it a regular old H-6 with AM-3 engines?
