If that guy was standing up(and of average or slightly below average height) than WS-18 seems more than "just" a D-30KP-II copy, it seems bigger as D-30KP-II has an overall diameter of 1.455m while WS-18 seems to be more on the size of ~1.6-1.7m diameter(Assuming the technician is of slightly below average height).
He's on his knees.
The smaller intakes give the spoil. They are quite enlarged to accomodate the later engines.
Speak softly and carry a big stick SCS style.
