Wait. So it's carrying 2 under the left wing. 1 under the fuselage. And 1 under the right wing? That seems like a really strange distribution.
No. There are 2x YJ-12s mounted on each of the H-6K's wings. There was none on the fuselage.

I guess the prespective might be doing little tricks.

This isn't a matter of debate.

There is no image evidence of H-6K/J carrying YJ-12 on its central fuselage.

It is useful for people to develop a reflex where if one sees a H-6K/J picture and think "might this picture show a YJ-12 under the fuselage" -- to automatically recognize that it is due to perspective/photo angle and to automatically search up all of the other angles of H-6K/J carrying YJ-12s in the past, which will help to understand that any YJ-12 thought to be carried on the centreline fuselage is actually just one the wing pylon instead.

I.e.: if it seems odd or exciting or new, pour plentiful cold water on oneself.

The H-6 cannot carry the YJ-12 under the centreline since there is still the bomb bay

Can the H-6K carry one YJ-12 within the bomb bay for a 4+1 setup or are the dimensions unsuitable?

A new quad YJ-12 photo.
Related.

10x H-6Ks (including the one photographing) flying in formation.

Most likely screenshotted in the same video as the ones above. Posted by @单手搓核弹 on Weibo.

If every H-6K is carrying 4x YJ-12s, that's 40x YJ-12s in just one formation. That's one very impressive display of firepower...
