I didn't make the rules. Even today on CNN. They interview Biden. And he was complaining that traditionally U.S. government still provide government information (including sensitive information) to 'ex-presidents'.
And all ex-presidents still get full protection. So I guess they are still president. But obviously they don't have the power of the incumbent president.

Apparently, it's up to the media/person on how to address the ex-president. It's more respectful to address an ex-president as President so and so. But if you wish to be nasty, you could specifically address the ex-president as the "Ex-President" like CNN just did when referring to Trump.

It's really sad. Normally, I've empathy with people like this. But knowing who he is, and his agenda. He won't get an ounce of empathy from me.
In fact, he sounded like an apologise for his Chinese side, and his 'hard' upbringing. His troubled first marriage. Jesus this guy is a basket case. We all experienced racial prejuduce when we were kids. It's hard not to being Chinese growing up in the west. But we did with it and it us stronger, not self loathing.
Anyway I think you should move this to Chinese cultural thread. It's better than the funny thread.
No. He suffered from lack of backbone. I lost count of how many fights i got into. Nearly all time, i was the smaller one being Chinese. But I was always quicker. And they all come out worse.
