Hmm so the factions are drawn over ideology line? They don't have factions that revolves around individuals?Moderate and 'radical' Democrats rallied to counter an 'unelectable' Donald Trump. Now that they've seemingly secured the Executive branch of government, that coalition is slowly dissolving. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has already started throwing shade at the party, and I'm not so sure Pelosi has a clear pathway to being re-elected Speaker of the House. As an outsider looking in, the Democratic party still has Bill Clinton and Obama's ugly stains all over it, while the likes of Sanders and Warren continue their drive to bring the party further to the left.
