British military division responsible for Operation Telic in Iraq... Basically the US's MNF-I equivalent/counterpart in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Both MNF-I and MND-I were part of MNC-I (Multi National Corps Iraq), which Lloyd Austin commanded.
Wait. If I remember correctly, Steel21 said to have operated as a tanker for the Abrams. If he was part of MND-I, how can he have operated the Abrams if the British doesn't have the Abrams?

Its just a task force name, I can't keep track of how many iterations of renaming its gone through from the initial division from the 2003 invasion to its expansion to the corps level, renaming because of introduction of coalition NATO forces, and then MNC-I, MNF-I.... etc. Either case Lloyd Austin commanded XVIII Airborne Corps as a 3-star general, and they were deployed to MNC-I, and so he oversaw MNC-I operations during the XVIII Corps deployment. Austin was later promoted to 4-star, and commanded US Forces in Iraq/MNF-I.

WTF is there to negotiate on security, human rights and ideology.

Security: As time goes by and RCEP is implemented in the region, China will become the regional guarantor of security in East Asia. Nobody want to rock the boat and fuck up a good business network. US has an diminishing role and equity in the region as Chinese military capability expands on the back of its burgeoning economic and domestic consumption.

Human Rights: ????? The Chinese are increasingly doing a better job of safeguarding the health, livelihood and security of its citizen, this is in direct contrast to the confusion that is going on in the US.

Ideology: Huh?
Negotiating on ideology, security and human rights is american wet dream which is the following
Ideology: abandon state directed industrial policies, get CCP out of power, embrace democratic chaos
Security: stop building more nuclear warheads, stop building more intermediate range missiles, get out of scs, basically disarm yourself
Human rights: let Xinjiang, Tibet, Hong Kong, Taiwan secede from motherland
So negotiating with the us on ideology, security and human rights means negotiating an unconditional surrender
So it will remain nothing but a wet dream lol

That Chinese professor was just joking and being sarcastic. He doesn't get that the US is just ultra sensitive at the moment and Trump's supporters would be willing to accept any fake news just to discredit Biden.

abandon state directed industrial policies
Honestly, on this issue alone, it is not about whether or not China should abandoned state directed industrial policies. China already said no by taking three tranches of tariffs and responded accordingly. However, what can be negotiated is how much direct state involvement. It is a matter of degree, not an absolute yes or no.
