Russia was a mere delivery away from getting the Mistrals from France, of all places. So it's actually not beyond them to be perfectly honest.
It's just nonsense now to claim this ship is nuclear powered. Those ones who have basic logic and critical thinking ability should have been conviced by countless evidence. Explaning to people who does not want to think is a waste of time.
The foucs should be on the bridge is ready suprisingly fast. It seems like the bridge is almost completed, which means it will be fitted sometime very soon, possibly in August. Otherwise, there is no point finishing the bridge first and just let it sit for months.
And once the bridge is settled on the deck, it's not far from the launching the ship, could be within 2021. That is a siginificant speed.
