where
is
the
fucking
smokestack?
Im going to demand an apology soon.

And once we see the smokestack?

Will this impatience and flawed logic be reconsidered and recognized that at this late stage of the carrier's cumulative combination of rumours, photos of construction, and common sense, that nuclear power should not be entertained?

===

You know, seeing as we're this late into the game -- should we make a thread, where everyone at this point in time who still thinks this carrier will be nuclear powered can put forward their name publicly so we can stop mucking around, and so that we can all learn something from this particular occasion?

For the record, this is likely close to what the final thing will look like.

The island looks basically structurally complete tbh. Obviously the crane obscures the upper 1/3 of the island structure and mast (if it is present yet or not)

IMO these two openings look like openings for exhaust pipes from the engine room to the chimney?!
So by my understanding, we see as expected not a CVN but a conventional carrier.

Deino, for people at this point who are still believing 003 is "nuclear powered," that's not going to convince them.

We will have to wait for the eventual, crystal clear pictures of the 003's island's smoke stack to finally settle this issue for them, even if by all other reasonable watchers, the propulsion of 003 should have been virtually settled years ago.

ok, i think this ship will be permanently deployed to Arctic Ocean so island room temperature can remain high. very considerate.

I know and most likely I am simply too naive or not knowledgeable enough - since indeed naval issues is not my topic! - but thru all the build-up process I have not seen a single hint towards being a CVN.

But ok, let's wait
