China has a law called the crime of disrupting military marriages: "Anyone who knowingly cohabits with or marries the spouse of an active-duty military member shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention."

However only having sex without cohabiting does not break this law, so its effect is very limited.
