Yup, the holes are pretty much sealed up except the area where the arresting gears are mounted.
I just checked the twitter linked in your post, "It prove that Type 003 is nuclear carrier.", it this real?

We have the same topic coming in every month or so, and the answer is always the same:

I must say that some of this work I expected to be done after the carrier's launch. Installing catapults for example. (if that's what's going on)
If even more similar work is done - then we might not see the carrier launch for some time now. Though, also, once it does get launched with so much stuff already installed - then it might be only months/a year until the first test trial voyage starts.

Then the intergrated mast has been installed, and two of the three catapults are on the way.
