Those are OUTSTANDING photos. Just OUTSTANDING.

The photos while excellent are almost to pristine to be "real". How is it that these mates work on the flight deck and around military aircraft and not get dirty? Amazing! I know one thing that keeps the dirt and grease off of them. No catapults. Catapults are a greasy mess. Perhaps these mates were issued new gear for this photo op.

All in all these are OUTSTANDING photos! Simply OUTSTANDING.

Have in mind that all officially released pictures from PLAN are meticulously prearranged and post-processed before they are released.

I'd like to see some photos of PLAN sailors aboard CV-16 washing aircraft or doing major maintenance such as a drop check or engine change or pulling the ejection seats for inspection. Just sayin'...

I want to see an engine on a test stand breathing fire.

From 2005 aboard Carl Vinson.

A drop check is jacking an aircraft up and checking the functionality of the landing gear.

From 1998 aboard the Big "E"...

Nothing special shown here. Really. There are normal/routine maintenance task performed aboard an USN aircraft carrier. As I've stated many, many times....I just want to see what the PLAN can do at sea maintenance wise with their aircraft..

ps..I have not stated the PLAN can't do these task. I just want to see them do it.

I doubt Liaoning or Shandong are meant to be operated at sea long enough for aircraft overhaul to be needed
