Fairly crowded decks on Liaoning and Shandong. Yeah because of its size. 003 and follow-ons will be more spacious with J-35s, smaller aircraft, and will accommodate more birds.

It is from this video released by CGTN on youtube just afew hours ago. Yes it is new as per the video's release date, though the actual event happened quite some time ago as this video is on history of J15.

The ship is driving faster in the October-picture, and the helicopter on the foredeck is connected to a towing device. In the April-picture the helicopter is positioned between the two aircraft on foto-take-off-position and the the carrier slowed down.
