To be honest it looked like two unrelated videos spliced together.
a) being a unit of Russian soldiers being airlifted
b) being volunteers in Ukraine

The guys in Ukraine were definitely Muslim and presumably Chechen. Was there anything in the airlift scene that cast the troops as Chechens?

Its the same thing as with all the so called proofs presented so far.
There is no evidence that shows that the guys in the airlift and the street fighting are the same and there is no footage of them leaving the plane and crossing the border into Ukraine.

One of the Chechens in the street fighting was wearing a cap with FBI written on it........

I think the translation will be posted here, so I'll be brief:

- he opposed the idea of Separatists holding elections on December 7 (oops, I think I found a mistake in the text of the interview -- Separatists announced today

the elections could be held on November, not December, 7 anyway, he suggests The Military Council to govern Separatists' territory, WW2-Eastern-Front-style, instead of elected people

- he dislikes (says why)

- says money from Russia for a recovery of Donbass will be stolen away at all levels in and half of it in Russia ... OK, you don't believe me so wait for your translation

In the meantime a totally mind boggling article from the BBC website, discussing the preparations for "the anticipated rebel assault on Dnipropetrovsk!

I kid you not. Its an article in the finest R U Shaw production, tradition.

It also features pro Kiev Chechen mercenaries associated with the Donbas punitive battalion.

I think it simply shows that Chechen's are tough fighters and valued by both sides.

so how is it going at Donetsk Airport? (several Ukrainian links I checked a moment ago -- and which many of you wouldn't believe so I don't post them -- say it doesn't go well for Separatists)

The Saker's a bit out of date on the situation at Donetsk airport. VK has a more recent one that the militia has taken most of the airport with the Kiev forces holed up in the terminal building and in the underground tunnels. Kiev forces there have lost all their tanks and artillery but the militia are short on everything needed to bust them out of their thick walls.
