@SteelBird bro greed kills, BUT misinformation is a grave and criminal offense. mRNA should not be used for massive vaccination cause that technology isn't meant for that treatment, it is ideal for cancer. The latest Omicron variant is the result of Spike protein being injected to AIDS patient thus the mutation, it's the unintended consequence of the experimental drug. Short cut is being used for profits and political gains.
But tell that to @Tyler who keeps bloviating on about China must use or adopt MrNA vaccine to it's people if it wishes to I don't know what exactly. Bonkers I tell you.

These A...oles. What if the Greek letters contain 'Trump', 'Biden', or 'Scomo'? Should the WHO then consider the use of those names? Would your 'democratic' leaders be so courteous to accept having a Covid-19 variant named after them? How would they like this: Trump (Theta), Biden (Beta), Scomo (Sigma).

This is the standard of Western journalism today. Full of retards!
The Indian numbers should be a couple of times larger than those of the US. This should be reasonable assumption, as the Indian measures are not as good as those of the US. Even the US measures are inadequate.

I had a bad feeling when I saw someone commented on the naming non issue on YouTube and it had alot of up votes along. But for professional journalists to write about this really shows how low they can go

And he chose to be not being more specific.

I think by new vaccines, he meant to say new mRNA-based vaccines and even the adenovirus vectored-based vaccines since it's also based on the virus spike protein.

No surprise there, there's no mention of the inactivated vaccines which may not have to face the issue of the spike protein mutating, at least in theory, which I believe time will tell to be really the case.
