I am a grown man and I also have similiar behavorial changes when I observe german covid Policy

Then again I had covid thrice in 6 months while being "protected" by 3x BionTech...

I have no idea, but possibly a mix of both. It could also be that humans need social interaction once a while to stay sane and stable, there was an experiment conducted once where an individual is to be isolated in a bunker for a long time, and the result is the person ended up developing mental illnesses and disrupted circadian rhythm.

Still 2 doses should be good enough to reduce severity and hospitalization by a big margin.

You misunderstand the purpose of the booster (3rd) dose. After the 2nd dose, you are in good shape. Only after a few months when the efficacy wears off that you will need the booster shot(s).

Since most Shanghai's older citizens just received their second dose, they will be safe for a few months. Then they will need their booster dose, but not right now.

What you described isn't what the booster is actually meant for.

You must have missed this Hong Kong study posted here quite a number of pages back.




As you can see, the Sinovac efficacy (against death) after the booster dose can be as high as 6 times that of the 2 doses in a number of the older age groups.
