From the little info that I've come across, the time in between doses varies from 3 weeks (Sinovac) to 3 months (Astrazeneca) with Pfizer, etc in between.
I would surmise one of the reasons why the time period between doses for some vaccines is increased is to reduce the side effects of the vaccines although at the expense of the vaccine effectiveness. This could explain why (at least in the case I know of) Astrazeneca jabs, a vaccine more widely known for side effects, are 3 months in between.
