I believe so, as long as you get to China mainland, you'd be able to enjoy the free jabs.
60,000 Taiwanese already took Chinese vaccines and the number is growing. There are now 懒人包 floating around in Taiwan on what you need to have ready (Chinese mobile number to setup wechat account, Chinese bank account for wepay, the above two to be able to get a health QR code, negative PCR test within 72 hours of departure etc) if you want to go to China to get vaccinated.

The biggest barrier now is the required quarantine times on both sides, as well as the wait time between the two shots. They can easily add up to over two months. Not many people in Taiwan can afford that kind of time.

I heard the news that overseas ethnic Chinese can get the covid vaccine shot in China free of charge. The free of charge applies to Taiwanese as well?
I am not sure of that. Chinese citizens for sure, Taiwanese being legally Chinese citizen for sure, but foreign nationals of Chinese decent? I have never heard the policy. Besides, in practice the vaccination is tied to 身份证 (residential certificate) or 台胞证 (Taiwanese), a foreign national don't have any of them. So unless somehow one can provide them, there is no official or legal way.

Intel, Media, etc have this moral panic that Russian, Chinese, or whatever trolls can mislead the American when 4chan level trolls are enough to drive them crazy.

Seriously, if they want to lower US' vaccination rate, they just need to stick some spoons with glue/double tip to their body and spread them out on social media.

This is why vaccination in the west will be a failure.

I can't wait the day when nanobots/programmable liquid electronics invented (assuming they are physically possible). Moral panic will go skyhigh.
That aside, quite scary if you can hack people that received certain medicine/vaccine tho

Seriously, don't know why China isn't publishing statistics on how many shots broken down by first shots and second shots. Every country is doing it. I thought Sinopharm and Sinovac were single shots but apparently they are double shots. This info shouldn't be hard to collect too.

That's what I heard on a youtube channel which from the look and sound of it (A.I. voice) should be from a Chinese source. I won't say which channel exactly but so far I have found that the info that has come out of it is factual enough. It referred to the ethnic Chinese of a certain South East Asian country but I assume it would apply to ethnic Chinese of most South East Asian countries as well.
