I can never understand the "companies have to diversify supply chains because they are too reliant on China" kind of argument.

China has proven itself to be the MOST reliable manufacturing nation on the surface of earth. Why move your supply chain elsewhere when you have access to the MOST stable supply chain in China? Nothing can shake it.

Because the anglos are preparing for war and need a war against china sooner rather than later; when the war starts, those factories are going to become prime targets for US and its slave states.
That's why certain rare earths companies never seem to go out of business despite operating at massive losses and falling share prices.

The Anglos are now coming down hard on their sepoys in india for making them look bad and not being able to handle covid despite promising the world:

If Xi liberates Taiwan and particularly if he defeats the US in a naval battle in the process he would have gained a 4th spot among the greatest ruler of China of all time. The other three are:

Qing Shihuang - for first unification of China and creation of 2000 year long dynastical system
Han Wudi - for defeating and complete destruction of Xiongnu as a power, via cavalry battle no less (a Xiongnu speciality being steppe nomads)
Mao Zedong - for most recent unification of China, against overwhelming odds and establishing a completely new political system

If Xi defeats the US in a naval battle (an Anglo-Saxon speciality, being descended from pirates) then it will mean he has equal the achievement of Han Wudi.
Pretty sure Li shimin and kang xi should be up there.

Its the Anglo-Saxons wet dream. Because they hope to deprive China of a major pillar of its economy: manufacturing. They hoped that manufacturing would move to the democracies. They imagined that it is 'destiny' that democracies would only trade with democracies. They think that democracy, is mandated by god.

Instead of politics or ideology. China since 1978 had just focused on hard science and actual development. Manufacturing in China is not a fluke. It is a result of years of hard work, development, and continuously improvement. Now that China is rapidly approaching the best manufacturing capabilities of the West, the Western elites are terrified. So now there is this panic to try to bring manufacturing back to the 'democracies'. Or, some any slave countries who would allow Western firms to exploit their labour force, and remain docile to their white masters perpetually.

Because the anglos are preparing for war and need a war against china sooner rather than later; when the war starts, those factories are going to become prime targets for US and its slave states.

Yes, this is reason #2. The Anglo-Saxons wants to decouple with China. So that they could wage war with China without shooting themselves in the foot. Its not moving as fast as they hoped. It might take decades for this decoupling to complete. Worse still, China is already close to self-reliant on the high-tech stuff. Time has already run out on the West. Underestimating the brains and determination of the Chinese people is perhaps the biggest mistake they had ever done. China has already outpaced the West in a number of fields. Particularly in some future tech stuff. This is very very bad news for the Anglo-Saxon haters who wish China ill.

Well I mean, Modi single handedly buried Indo-Pacific Strategy and made Quad even more irrelevant by mortally wounding his country. Now the US is even more stuffed with regards to their China strategy.

lol @ BBC

50% of the article is about Seychelles, 50% is trashing Sinopharm.

This Washington Post article is a more objective even though it quotes Yanzhong Huang.

Important to note that 65% of the cases are in the unvaccinated population.

I'm just doing a quick back of the envelope calculation here
So population is roughly 100,000
New cases are about 1,070
35% of cases are in the vaccinated population ~375
375 out of 60,000 (60% of the population is vaccinated) pretty good effectiveness still is it not??
More importantly, all 28 deaths due to COVID in Seychelles are among the unvaccinated population, which most Western media reports just happen to omit. The Seychelles data actually provides very strong evidence for the effectiveness of Sinopharm in preventing death and severe disease.
