Yes using China as an excuse so the US can get as much money out of it as possible. The only thing the US has to do is give the formula to the countries it's okay with getting and producing it. It's that simple. The reason why they're hesitant is because they don't want to give it out to anyone so they can make the money. So you see the US isn't really interesting helping vaccinating the world without making a profit from it hence why they were hoarding it before the downturn in India and calls for releasing its stockpile or waiving the patent.

China itself has a couple of mRNA vaccines coming soon. These Chinese mRNA vaccines will refute the US claims that only they have the technology to do it. The misstep from China was that they did not test these mRNA vaccines alongside these traditional vaccines. They could be competing against Moderna right now instead of waiting for the trials.

If the developing world is getting vaccinated, how does China profit by making a generic version of Pfizer? China makes a counterfeit vaccine for what? To make money from a world already getting Pfizer and not a counterfeit for free? If the US is not about profit, then they should flood the world with Pfizer and Moderna so that China can't make a profit from a counterfeit. But no because it's the US still looking to make money and not helping the world.

What is the status of the Chinese mRNA vaccine that will be available the earliest?

It would have still been considered shit as usual. Just look at how they treated Sputnik V vs AstraZeneca when this started.
China were much better off initially manufacturing the vaccine with tried and tested methods.

Phase 3 of clinical trial has started in May for one candidate(Walvax). Interim results should be expected between Q3 or Q4. I am actual more interested in Clover Biopharmaceuticals subunit protein vaccine as its phase 1 & 2 trail results are really good and should have result in Q3.

the anglo Americans are hoping to leverage access to mRNA vaccines for military bases and enslaving nations.
