What I read was the second shot on both Pfizer and Moderna people experienced increased side effects but the first shot was less for Pfizer and more for Moderna while the second Moderna's was less than Pfizer's. There was a table I saw of what people experience on first and second shots.
What a complete disgrace in the US
Sounds like anaphylaxis, which could happen to the mRNA vaccine but rare. CDC says its 11.1 cases per million doses for the pfizer-BioNTech one. If one is allergic to the vaccine, the anaphylaxis could happen really fast (Most (86%) anaphylaxis cases had symptom onset within 30 minutes of vaccination). My health provider said if you have had an anaphylactic reaction to a medication or vaccine, you should stay there for 30 mins instead of 15 mins.

Let them rot, I have zero sympathy for them. Their population needs a good culling.
Its the world's interest to help India. If the virus is allowed to spread there it would inevitably create new variants and mutations.
This is playing with fire and thus the virus must be stopped from spreading uncontrollably. Modi should wake up, and do his job, properly
My thoughts may go down like a lead balloon with some people but I'd say that this is China's moment to show that she is above India's petty squabbles by aiding the country as she's dying. It may be beyond most of the people on the ground to understand the aid given, ungrateful response even. Too many indoctrinated people, but no one deserves such an awful fate as Medieval-style plague body piles. Of course if India refuses it then nothing can be done.
I do agree, having double or even triple mutations coming out of India will inevitably come round to hit us, so trying to kill it before it spreads is to all our benefit. The UK already has the Indian double mutation here and I'm anticipating a very steep summer death count much to the chagrin of the ppl around me. We may yet see a new strain that is resistant to all our medical technology, that would be a dire scenario for the whole world.
Solution then should be to do what the anglos and India’s said they wanted to do to China back in feb 2020: complete blockade of the country, not letting anyone in nor out.
This could be enforced by swarms of drones on the perimeter of the subcontinent to target and destroy anyone within 10km of the border.
