You underestimate the power of a swarm of these drones, yes, a single drone might only have limited output capacity but what about a hundred or a thousand? I'm NOT proposing a simple decoy here but a mass-produced autonomous EW node.

For a lot of functions EM radiation won't add like that. You can't combine 1000 1KW drones to form a 1MW super drone.

Thats not how this works, its about a distributed system that can spoof signals from multiple vectors while also relaying SIGINT and not just pure output power. This apparently what the USAF is trying to do with increment 2 CCAs.

Well the photos have timestamps on them, and if the timestamps have not been doctored in any way, these seem to be very recent photos. Which lines up temporally-speaking with the recent video footage of the same drone.

The more interesting question is where these photos were taken. Any idea which region or city these photos are from?

How I completely missed the timestamps, I will never know.
