The two founders are graduates from NWPU. The company is also View attachment 107780 就业实习基地 for NWPU graduates. I don't know how to translate that. What I can say is that the company has very deep relationship to NWPU which is something that the big names like DJI don't have. It is possible that it is a front-end commercial entity of NWPU.

My dad’s a NWPU alumi and my whole family is affiliated with NUAA. Does that make my family some headquarter for secret PLAAF development?

In case it is a serious question, the answer is no if you don't work with them. But how the US government think is another matter.:D

I myself have worked in one of such commercial companies. At the time, the boundary between the state institute and the company is so blurry that I don't know who I am actually working for, I only realized the boundary when told not to enter certain area.

Those two large flyng objects under the wings of the UAV could be either missiles or drones. Personally I think these are drones.

Looks indeed strange especially these two "missiles" (??) seem to have a small air intake on top of their fuselage.
More like a target drone?

highly doubt china will sell russia drones...china would not offer high end drones, and in terms low end, whatever iran has would suffice. China is much more useful to russia if it is not under sanction. besides the west sorta gave china an out by focusing on lethal aids. i imagine non-lethal stuff like crypto radios or nvg are just as helpful but not as high-profile.
