No, the whole idea of the UAVs being used for lasing targets for DF-15 is retarded. They will not survived in areas where the enemy still has anti-air capability and to have DF-15 relying on them for targeting means the missiles will become useless if the UAVs are shot down.
Would such drones be helpful in case Beidou is rendered unavailable?

Does ROC have the ability to jam all GPS systems?
No, but US might.

And from the stuff we're witnessing coming out of Ukraine, they're absolutely not above using any means necessary short of nukes (even this is flimsy without ratifying NFU) to deny China any meaningful advantage as long as they can claim plausible deniability. A taiwan contingency then is going to make today's conflict look like child's play. Oh, you think squads utilizing DJI drones is next gen. warfare? Wait till drone swarms with a full spectrum of dedicated warfare capabilities enter the picture.

While I don't deny UAVs are susceptible to anti-air/hacking, I also don't think utilizing C4ISR drones functioning as failsafe measures absent SATCOM is all that controversial. Infantries today are still operating WW2 comm. sets under such assumptions and to conceal their location. For all we know, this test for DF-15s could be a foundation for longer range DFs with the goal to push the envelope of the A2D bubble beyond 2IC.

is already pre-sighted in recent literature btw.

To that end, I also think Type 076 UAV-carrier interoperability bears looking into.

Well ... finally again at least "something" on this mysterious "bird". So far - besides the demonstrator from Nov. 2013 we haven't seen any "real" GJ-11 - all have been mock-ups of some sort. I'm most surprised that we have at least some grainy images from all mayor operational types, all but the GJ-11 since if reports are true, it was said to be in service since at least late 2019... but still we don't have even an image of the true prototypes.
