I think I saw this blade arrangement on a drone that can transition between air and water. I wonder if this one can do it?

I think it's a hybrid, combining the technology of CK-1 and TianYi-3

Yunying-300T is a short range reconnaissance UAV. Its layout is almost similar to Tianyi 3 but the take-off weight is smaller. Its advantage is that it can be launched from the vehicle launcher like CK-1. Reconnaissance information is sent to the launch vehicle.

That photo of the CK1 brings back so many childhood memories. When I was in elementary school I lived near NUAA and they always place the CK1, sometimes without a tarp covering it, temporarily in the main square area before it is carted off to the air force.
