Basically, it said Nanchang rolled down a yellow skin L-15 pre-delivery on 29-June-2013 and start delivering to Africa.

Thanks .... it confirms my latest info that this "unknown foreign customer" is said to be Zambia !

However - and here I'm still not sure - the first PLAAF JL-10 is also said to be ready.

Hmmm ... seems to be the first JL-10 '10001' serial for the PLAAF today, but the first export for Zambia on 29. June !

It's funny that even the nozzle petal can be painted in yellow color.

These are not the nozzle petals - as on on pt. 06 -but the same afterburner-less exhausts like all previous prototypes had.

Re: JL-15 and other trainers

Selling to the two candidates you mention would be interference in the internal affairs of other countries in violation of the Charter of the United Nations. That Western countries do so, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, will be no reason for China to do so too.

Let's be honest. Non-interference is not the position of the confident or the truly secure. The reason why China sticks to non-interference principle is because even today, China is still in many ways insecure and weak, and therefore continue to be susceptible to foreign interference in its own internal affairs, especially in ethnic affairs. Non-interference principle is merely a fig leaf to deflect attention from the core problem. If China ever really becomes a real superpower - ie not merely a superficially strong but vulnerable big country - it must either eliminate its own susceptibility, or it must develop the means the effectively retaliate in kind if others were to attempt to interfere in its own internal affairs.

If it is the former, then its success would remove the only real restraint upon its ability to intefere in other country's internal affairs. If it is the latter, it must interfere in other country's internal affair just to reduce the temptation of other countries to interfere in its own affairs.
