I believe I heard somewhere the Vietnamese wanted to get into the international coffee game. They think their poop infused coffee is the next big thing in the world but they have to get into regular coffee first before they start advertising their exclusive poop coffee. But apparently Luckin Coffee has stolen the thunder they thought they had.

If the Dems are still funding this shit then it is the dumbest most idiotic thing they’ve done in a long time. The country is literally going under and they try spending the limited money they got on useless junk like this? It is the geopolitical equivalent of buying a blowup doll while your house is burning down…
It's pocket change at the end of the day and the impact is quiet huge given western dominance of recommendation algorithms world wide.

Not even need for the Dem to do this shit. It's Singapore. Many Chinese Singaporean do not even speak Chinese fluently. And they have to be somewhat anti-China to coexist with the Malay and Indian (even if they don't really enjoy it).

They dont enjoy being anti-china? Really?

Singaporean Chinese are extreme western worshippers. They absolutely despise China and the mainland Chinese. They are the extreme version of hong kongers.

The old population of Chinese Singaporean is actually pro-China and don't like the Indian and Malay that much. It's the youth that is extremely anti-China after long time under western education as well as coexist with the Malay and Indian for too long. They don't see that their grandparents actually had to fit in the multicultural society, not choose to coexist with other race.

Education IMO isn't that big of a part. What I believe plays the biggest part is that everyone wants to feel proud of their origins. People who can claim multiple identities tend to claim the one that offers them the most pride. The youth who are born in Singapore have the option of claiming either their Chinese origin or their Singaporean/Western-influenced origins, and for most of their life the far more wealthy and advanced Western-influenced identity gives them the most pride, so that's what they claim. As China continues to advance, you'll see more and more who can claim a Chinese identity start identifying with China instead.

I don't know how much of this will happen. They have a sizable number of american style christian adherents who have been totally brainwashed to look down on anything chinese.

One goes with the other.
If being Chinese is seen as being the sick man of Asia, then likelihood of adopting Western culture and life choices wholesale increases.
If being Chinese is being seen as coming from this awesome, high tech, high culture place, then gradually, the wyrmling comes out of it's shell, cast asides those shackles and asserts it's position as 龙的传人 (Descendants of the Dragon)
But yes, I do agree that the church is a potential environment that actively seeks to white-tify non-whites while, sadly, having a very rigid glass ceiling which these sycophants will never break and become truly "one of them"

Interestingly, I just came from an event with a significant gathering of oversea Chinese and a conversation that touched on this very topic. Anecdotally, they observe an increase of oversea Chinese indentifying with their Chinese heritage and being pro-China. This was attributed to simply China being so awesome right now ...
